I work with independent professionals including consultants, coaches, real estate agents, accountants, and anyone else who manages multiple clients and projects on their own but doesn’t have a reliable system to keep track of it all.
We start with a free 30-minute call to understand how you’re currently managing your work and where things are breaking down. From there I build a simple, customized system that fits the way you already work.
I work with tools you likely already have or are easy to adopt — things like Trello or Airtable. No complicated software or steep learning curves.
Most clients have a fully working system within 1-2 weeks depending on complexity. I handle the setup so you don’t have to figure it out yourself.
I offer follow-up support to make sure everything is working the way you need it to. If something isn’t clicking, I’ll fix it until it is.
