Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consulting & Coaching Services

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of consulting and coaching services:

  • Fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered
  • Refunds are not provided except as expressly stated in this policy
  • Purchasing or booking services indicates acceptance of this policy

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered, at Consultant’s sole discretion, only in the following situations:

  • A session or service was paid for but not delivered
  • A verified technical issue on Consultant’s side prevented service delivery

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes, results, or subjective expectations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule scheduled sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services

Digital Products (If Applicable)

All digital products, downloads, templates, or materials are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of usage.

Signed Agreements

If Client has entered into a separately signed Professional Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work, refund and termination terms in that agreement will govern in the event of any conflict with this policy.
